Hanover Company is looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Hanover Buckhead Village in Atlanta, GA. This property offers luxury living in the heart of Buckhead, just steps from Whole Foods, West Village, and The Shops at Buckhead. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will perform quality maintenance in a timely manner, perform periodic preventative maintenance programs and satisfy all reasonable maintenance requests. General duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Required Skills and Abilities Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Lifting belt required. Must own personal set of tools. Knowledge of general maintenance as well as comfort repairing HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment required.
