Job description
Identifying and developing strategic relationships, the full-time California Licensed Business Development Representative will manage broker/agent relationships, drive new business growth, and ensure renewal retention within the assigned marketing region, working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with brokers and agents to drive new business and renewal retention Conduct sales calls, training sessions, and attend trade shows to foster additional business opportunities Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing to adapt marketing strategies effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Five years of relevant and progressive experience in business development or sales Knowledge of industry principles, practices, and procedures Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
