The Enterprise and Cyber Solutions (E&CS) Operation within Leidos' Defense Group is seeking a Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator to provide coverage monitor tools and availability of the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC.

With the CESO program, the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides secure information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities.

As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services - ITIL / DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.

This position is based in Arlington, VA and is 100% on-site. The following fixed shifts are available :

  • 0600 1600 - Monday - Friday
  • 1400 2000- Monday - Friday

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform reviews of Daily Check list to ensure network services are running as expected.
  • Monitor Solar Winds environments for system anomalies and perform root cause analysis as required.
  • Work to resolve end user issues and communicate on a regular basis the status of their tickets and issues.
  • Assist senior staff in the Planning, coordinating, and implementation of network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Implement documented procedures in support of operational customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
  • Candidate must possess an active DOD TS / SCI level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems.
  • Be able to follow TTP / SOPs to implement network changes.
  • Have skills on the following areas :
  • Experience in configuring Cisco switches and routers.
  • Basic DHCP / IP Subnetting Concepts
  • KG / Taclane experience
  • Understand basic Firewall concepts.
  • Spanning tree Protocol.
  • 802.1x
  • TCPDUMP / WireShark
  • VLAN and VLAN Trunking configurations.
  • Network troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners
  • TS / SCI w / CI Poly Preferred

Pay Range :

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
