We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Director of Operations to join our growing Operations team. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with deep logistics experience, strong team leadership, and a proven track record of scaling fulfillment systems in fast-paced DTC environments. The Director of Operations at Honeylove is responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our fulfillment and logistics operationsensuring seamless product flow from factory to customer. This includes oversight of both domestic and international fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse partnerships, and last-mile delivery. This role also leads our operations team, drives cross-functional collaboration, and manages vendor performance with a strategic eye toward long-term scalability. The Director reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Fulfillment Oversight :

Oversee domestic and international fulfillment and returns operations

Deliver accurate daily and monthly inbound and outbound forecasts to 3PLs in partnership with Planning and Production

Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost savings, efficiency, and scalability

Lead team meetings (standups, syncs), set clear KPIs, and foster a culture of ownership and urgency
