General Manager

Title : General Manager - Dicey’s Pizza & Tavern (Nashville, TN)

Reports to :  LSD Directors and Owners

Position Objective : The General Manager of Dicey’s Pizza & Tavern is ultimately the caretaker of our guests, property, service and staff. This position uses all available experience and information towards empowering our team and maximizing operations. The General Manager will lead and motivate our staff to a higher levels of hospitality and sales. Land and Sea Dept. has set expectations for the level of hospitality and knowledge of our team which, ideally, will flourish with proper guidance and support.

The General Manager will work in a close partnership with the ownership and the broader LSD team in Chicago to oversee budgets, labor, and other sales and service related tangibles.

The general manager will maintain the tone and vibe as related from Land and Sea Dept.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative

• Oversee ordering of building goods & supplies
• Oversee all aspects of labor management and payroll
• Oversee compliance components of the employee health care plan
