JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer dedicated to designing end-to-end employee experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver multiple projects, leveraging data and user research to drive decisions and prototypes that address user needs and pain points. This role involves independent management of projects, including content creation, and requires strong analytical skills to develop insights and impactful presentations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design comprehensive end-to-end user experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and analyze user research to identify insights for user value and satisfaction.
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while managing time effectively.
• Drive design decisions with data, partnering with analytics teams for insights.
• Develop and test prototypes rapidly to evaluate user-centered designs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Industry Experience Required :

Experience working in

complex environments with interdependent product teams.

Familiarity with working in or with

large enterprises and their operational pac e.

Background in companies with

established design systems is preferable.
