Job Description : As a Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our union members receive the best possible benefits packages. You will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities : -Assist members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes.-Explain benefits options and provide guidance to help members make informed decisions.-Conduct benefits meetings for new members.-Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues in a timely manner.-Act as a liaison between members and our main office .-Participate in open enrollment processes and communicate changes effectively.

Qualifications : -Prior experience in benefits administration or a related field is a plus!-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently.-Team player with a customer-centric approach.-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Proficiency in using zoom and adequate knowledge of computers
