Leads enterprise-scale data architecture and engineering initiatives, designing robust data ecosystems that support complex AI / ML operations across multiple classified and unclassified environments. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success. Help write the policy that will influence how the department tests and evaluates AI across the joint force.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise data platforms and infrastructure
• Lead design of complex data integration solutions across multiple data sources
• Optimize data processing workflows for high-volume, low-latency requirements
• Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
• Mentor mid-level data engineers and provide technical leadership
• Drive adoption of best practices in data engineering and DevOps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and roadmaps
• Implement advanced analytics capabilities and real-time data processing solutions

This is a full-time, exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and is not eligible for overtime pay. Compensation for this position is provided on a salaried basis and is not subject to reduction based on hours worked.
