WHAT YOULL DO :

• Lead business operations for Rodgers Greenville, SC office.
• Direct activities focused on increasing market share in the South Carolina Upstate and Western North Carolina.
• Lead and develop existing team while recommending organizational design strategies that support strategic growth initiatives.
• Engage in RFP process and develop operational plan for successful project execution.
• Oversee execution of projects being managed out of the Greenville office.
• Be the face for Rodgers in the geographic region.
