You'll have the ability to create multi-channel advertising campaigns from local, regional to national scale with products such as; broad reach over the air radio, stream and podcast, SEM / SEO, OTT, display, social, heritage local and national events and more. Access to ongoing industry training, peer to peer / cross market idea and success sharing. Support team on all levels. Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business. Proactively develop new business via email / cold call / networking / referrals on an ongoing basis. Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business. Create multi-faceted effective marketing plans based on each individual client needs. Communicate effectively with other departments internally to ensure client needs are being met. Achieve sales goals, attend internal meetings and training meeting (both in person and virtually). Always provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.
Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win! Self-motivation is essential and you approach this position as you are the CEO of your own business. Proven success in selling media, event sponsorships or digital platforms. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio / tv. Self-motivated, goal driven and creative. The ability to multi-task. Bring a winning positive attitude to the team. Basic knowledge of : G-suite products and Salesforce. Zoominfo is a bonus. A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
