As a Plumbing / Fire Protection Design Engineer you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in the design and development of plumbing and fire protection systems for various building projects.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver comprehensive plumbing designs.
- Preparing drawings, specifications, and calculations for plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Conducting site visits and field investigations to gather data and assess existing plumbing systems.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Supporting senior engineers in project coordination and client communications.
- Ad-hoc Project Management responsibilities within Plumbing & Fire Protection centric projects
Desired experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in plumbing design or related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
- AutoCAD and Revit
