Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry to support operational processes.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Word, HubSpot, and Canva for reporting, documentation, and creative tasks.
- Conduct data cleanup to maintain organized and reliable databases.
- Assist with invoice processing and reporting to senior leadership.
- Support operational management with administrative tasks and coordination efforts.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work in a hybrid schedule, with onsite presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays as needed.
- Provide critical analysis and insights to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HubSpot, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and cleanup tasks.
- Knowledge of Canva for creating visual content is a plus.
- Experience working in hybrid work environments and adapting to flexible schedules.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Background in call center metrics, consumer banking, or lending industries is preferred.
