We are seeking a dedicated and collegial  Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician  to join our thriving practice located south of Tacoma, WA, in the scenic Gravelly Lake area. This position offers a strong work-life balance with  weekday clinic hours  and a  shared phone call coverage schedule . We are looking for a true team player who is passionate about patient care and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Providing comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Managing a diverse patient panel with a focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses.
• Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families.
• Engaging in shared phone call duties to ensure continuous patient support.
• Utilizing strong patient and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding healthcare experience.
• Contributing to a positive and collegial practice environment.

Compensation Range :  The compensation range for this position is estimated at  $261,962 - $376,164 annually . This range reflects what CommonSpirit Health, in good faith, believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
