Salary : $25 - $27

We are hiring for a leading Italian Food Distribution company! Come join our Team!

Job Title : Customer Service / Receptionist

Job Type : Full Time, Monday through Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 45pm

Location : South San Francisco

Job Responsibilities :

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Greet and welcome guests : customers, vendors and visitors
Process orders received by phone / fax from customers and sales representatives
Handles customer requests and inquiries regarding availability, and delivery
Double check, alphabetize and file invoices
Update company sales catalogs
Other tasks as required.

Qualifications :

1 - 2 years experience in the Wholesale Distribution, Food and Beverage experience preferred

Must be proficient in MS applications : Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10

Key, as well as computerized order entry and inventory systems

Must demonstrate good interpersonal and time management skills

Must be a team player who can be a self-starter, detail oriented and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to type 35-40 wpm

Working knowledge of the Italian language is beneficial

Food Knowledge a Plus
