Key Responsibilities
Resolve inbound Customer Support questions in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email
Identify customer needs and assist them in leveraging specific features of the platform
Analyze and report product challenges and enhancements to the Product Team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) is preferred
