Le Coupé is a chef-driven, scratch kitchen, fast-casual concept in Los Angeles known for our award-winning fried chicken, signature corn ribs, and cult-favorite chocolate chip cookies. We’re looking for a highly reliable, organized, and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations, maintain consistency, and keep the kitchen running smoothly every single day.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role- perfect for someone with strong fast-casual or high-volume experience who loves building structure and leading a team.

Who you are :
Experienced : 2+ years in a high volume, scratch kitchen leadership role
Organized and Disciplined : You thrive on systems, structure, and consistency
Hands-On : You lead from the line, not from the sidelines- this is not a clipboard job, you must enjoy cooking!
Clean and Precise : Sanitation and quality matter to you
