Executive Assistant Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in Bedminster, New Jersey. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing high-level presentations. Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are effectively managed.
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of board presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to draft, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
- Host and manage virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business trips.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data management.Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to create effective and impactful board presentations.Strong interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration.Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
