Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact via multiple channels, providing professional support
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, documenting issues and escalating as necessary
Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Technical proficiency with Zendesk, Sticky.io, Slack, and Google Workspace, or ability to learn quickly
Self-motivated with strong accountability and dependability
