Remote Client Specialist

You will lead virtual sessions with clients explaining available options in clear simplified terms. This role involves asking strategic questions identifying client needs and delivering thoughtful recommendations based on their unique circumstances. Your ability to guide clients with patience and professionalism is essential.

You will also maintain accurate digital files track follow-up schedules and ensure every client receives timely and thorough communication.
