Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate operations within our warehouse. This position requires a hands-on presence at our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse at least two days per week to oversee shipments, monitor refurbishment workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to improve processes and ensure operational excellence.

Location : Chicago, IL

Hybrid Schedule : 3 days onsite / 2 days at home weekly

What You'll Do

• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Help resolve any shipment issues (e.g. missing packages, package delays, special delivery requests).
• Track packaging inventory levels and ensure timely re-ordering.
• Evaluate current workflows and assist in developing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to Director of Warehouse Operations.
• Oversee and execute refurbishment processes for returned devices.
• Maintain refurbishment area cleanliness and ensure proper handling procedures are followed.
• Work closely with technical teams to report and troubleshoot recurring device issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting any refurbishment hardware issues.
• Coordinate movement of devices to hardware lab and ensure organization of space.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT, customer support, and procurement.
