Overview
This position architects and designs IT solutions and services for the largest, most complex, most impactful platforms across the Bank. Oversees, and serves as the subject matter expert on processes and functions involved in support of the IT applications. Provides consultation to senior leaders and lines of business on optimizing technology for business needs. Guides, mentors, and leads less experienced associates on the team.
Responsibilities
IT Architecture - Leads the IT architecture team in developing, enhancing, reviewing, and monitoring IT architectures. Researches best practices and conducts trend analysis. Supports architectural process and strategies through expertise and business planning. Assists in ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
IT Strategy - Develops and influences IT strategy, roadmaps, and technology direction. Creates a framework for decision-making, design, and implementation activities.
Consultation - Provides consulting and advice regarding the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise data management, architectural standards, principles and best practices.
IT Resource - Maintains a strong, current understanding of legislation, standard frameworks, and governance, risk, and compliance technologies in order to determine impact to the Bank, and sponsors necessary changes to transform this knowledge into competitive advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software application development, systems engineering, or information technology management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software application development, systems engineering, or information technology management
Preferred :
Extensive experience in data management and data governance.
Proven track record of designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Strong understanding of data integration, data quality management, and related technologies.
Expertise in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica).
Familiarity with modern technologies like AI and cloud-based MDM.
