Job description

Job Description :

Client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong Python expertise and proven experience delivering applications in Banking or Capital Markets environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-scale financial systems strong back-end and front-end development skills and the ability to design build and optimize high-performance solutions for critical business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Design develop and maintain robust Java-based back-end services and React front-end applications .
  • Collaborate with business analysts product owners and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement and consume RESTful APIs and microservices ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Build user interfaces that are responsive intuitive and secure for front-office and middle-office banking applications.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards in financial services.
  • Participate in code reviews enforce development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support deployment pipelines and integrate solutions within CI / CD environments .
  • Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues across the full technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 12 years of Java development experience with strong proficiency in Java 8 / Spring / Spring Boot .
  • Strong experience with Python Redux JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 .
  • Solid experience building REST APIs and integrating with enterprise data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle PostgreSQL or SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate / JPA).
  • Knowledge of banking systems capital markets or financial product workflows .
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in fast-paced regulated environments.

  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka MQ) or event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of microservices orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to risk trading or settlement systems in capital markets.
  • Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2 SAML encryption standards).
