Pulmonary / CC opening : Lafayette, IN Located 1Hr to Indianapolis About the Position - Full-time, permanent- Seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Pulm / CC provider.- Ideal candidate will have pulmonary critical care past experience with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. What to Expect - Clinic Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.- 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time- Schedule : Hospital coverage one week followed by three weeks in clinic- Clinic appointments 20 minutes for follow-up and 40 minutes for new patient visits- Average Clinic Patients : 20-25 per day- Average Hospital Consults : 22-24 per day- Designated MA and RN support for each physician, phone triage nurse and 2 nurses who round during day call- Call Expectations : One week of day call per month, following week day clinic and night call, following two weeks day clinic only- Telehealth visits offered in both clinic and hospital with consults to rural health centers- Outreach to Crawfordsville and Rensselaer 1-2 days per month, travel time
