Ellie Mental Health is hiring an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Manager for our Broomfield Professional Campus location in Broomfield, CO, who will share our vision for improving and increasing access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

The Clinic Manager position allows one to apply their leadership skills while continuing to help their community by working with clients. Your day will be fast-paced and no two days will be the same!

You can expect about :

25% of your day to be spent working with clients

40% of your time you will support clinicians and staff with clinical, administrative, and team-based development

10% of your time in an outreach and community development capacity letting the community know about Ellie!

15% on facilities and office management and

10% on billing, credentialing and troubleshooting.

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and many locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Compensation : $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
