These are NEW locations and new construction. Leases have been signed and will be targeted to open in Dec 2022 / Jan 2023

Qualifications : Licensed in AR; Clean, Active DEA (need to be able to change address) BC.

Facility Type : Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic

Reason for Coverage Need : Extra Volume

Start Date : Dec 19, 2022 / Jan 2023 (Cred - 90 days with clean file)

Length of Assignment : Ongoing

Minimum Length Accepted : 3 mths ongoing

Schedule : Centers are open 8a-8p Monday - Friday

9a-5p - Saturday and Sunday

Ability to work a large volume / blocks of shifts per month and / or full time ongoing is preferable. The providers maybe required to float between the three locations in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

No OT

Responsibility / Procedures : Urgent Care environment. Provider must be able to see / treat 6 months and up. For all urgent care needs. Procedures include suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs.

Call Requirements : No Call

Charting / Dictation : EPIC

Support Staff : MA - 1

Office Staff - 1

Additional Information : Modern state of the art Urgent Care Centers that include Lab and Mobile x-Ray with access to additional Mercy resources. We are currently staffing GoHealth Urgent Care Centers in the Northeast (CT)
