About the Role :

Were looking for a Service Manager to lead our team manage shop operations and drive sales. This role is key to maintaining high standards delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities :

Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
Oversee workflow inventory and vendor relationships.
Sell repairs / services and help achieve sales goals.
Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety.
Manage costs and P&L performance.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED.

2 years automotive shop management experience.

1 year in sales or proven ability to sell.

Valid drivers license and clean MVR.
