Additional Information :

Full time speech language pathologist with inpatient acute hospital experience at least one full-time year.

SCHEDULE :

Tuesday - Saturday schedule.

We may be open to M-F and 2 Saturdays a Month for the ST therapy position.

Certification Requirements :

SLP-CCC

BLS

Weekend Requirements : EOW

EDUCATION :

Master's : Graduate of an accredited speech pathology program

Job Summary :

Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language,

voice, and fluency disorders. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family / support

group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring

and care, and effective communication. Adheres to all local / state / federal regulations, codes, policies

and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. Assists with clinical

supervision of assistants and aides, and serves as clinical instructor for assigned students.

REHABILITATION SERVICES :

• Develops or implements treatment plans for problems such as stuttering, delayed language, and

swallowing disorders.
