Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION : Ryan Villiger State Farm Agency is growing and needing dedicated team member to provide exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

This role requires great customer service skills with positive energy to greet our callers. You need to be detail oriented to leave notes and emails with our team for follow ups. You are expected to grow within the office to learn and become knowledgeable in the insurance industry. You need to have experience speaking with clients and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities :

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $17.00 per hour
