Compensation & Benefits :

  • Hourly compensation of $17 to $22 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Paid biweekly
  • Flexible part-time schedule (potential full-time 40 hours or more with OT pay per week depending on business demand)

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, toileting, and transferring
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation according to clients' dietary needs
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, and assist with transportation if needed
  • Monitor clients' physical and mental well-being and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of clients' care and progress

    • Requirements :

  • Must have a valid Home Health Aide certificate in the state of California
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the home care industry, preferably with senior clients
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience for working with elderly clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Proven experience in providing superior care to seniors
