We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting our enterprise software solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in business analysis and software configuration, implementation, and support.In this role, you will have the opportunity to : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and document formal functional requirements, test scripts, process flows, mockups, and prototypes.Document, configure, test, and implement enterprise software solutions for a highly matrixed, global and complex

technical support to end-users and resolve software issues, building standard work for common requests.Participate in sprint demos and software testing to ensure high-quality software development and develop detailed design documents and user manuals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to Enterprise software development.The essential requirements of the job include : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science or related field.2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise systemsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in : Demonstrated ability to be agile and successfully move from one business app domain to another, the ability to absorb / create domain knowledge and lead as an expert in an assigned business application domainDemonstrated ability to organize business and stakeholder groups, elicit user needs, create functional and nonfunctional requirements, and define top-level architecture designs.Certification as a Scrum Product Owner and / or Business AnalystDemonstrated technical background (ability to configure / code / query / build integrations)The salary range for this role is $90K-$115K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
