Dispatcher Position At Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Multiple time recipient of Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies award, our SF Bay Area home services company Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is searching for a talented Dispatcher to join our North Bay team. Duties : Main responsibilities will be working with our North Bay Ops team to schedule installs and service work, assist with customer service, work with in-field technicians, order material and equipment, help apply for construction permits, and assist with daily operations. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure a high-level of customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to change. Company : Centrally located in Marin County our North Bay office provides plumbing, heating and air conditioning repair and replacement service to customers in the Marin and Sonoma Counties. Qualifications

• Must have prior HVAC or Plumbing industry experience
• Must have excellent communication skills and a happy, friendly demeanor
• Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail
• Must have strong numerical / financial aptitude
• Must have experience with Google Suite and Quickbooks
• Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties with grace
• Ability to interact well and perform as a team player
