Job description

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant, Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and refine technical sections of an NSF proposal

Interpret and present process and metrology data in clear, review-ready language

Provide expert input on quality control, measurement, and yield improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

Expert in thin film manufacturing, semiconductor processes, or chip fabrication QC

Hands-on experience with AFM, SEM, ellipsometry, or profilometry

Familiarity with NSF proposals or government-funded R&D projects

Experience in aligning proposal content with NSF evaluation criteria
