Position Summary

Conducts facility maintenance duties and customer interface. Assists with equipment service and general housekeeping tasks to ensure buildings and property are in a clean and orderly condition.

What You Will Do

• Performs routine custodial duties to include sweeping and mopping floors, either by hand or using a powered scrubber.
• Maintains building free from indoor pests.
• Empties trash receptacles disposes trash into compactors and / or dumpsters.
• Maintains outer premises by cleaning entrances and outside areas.
• Dusting and disinfecting all surfaces.
• Washing windows.
• Identify and perform minor repairs.
• Painting, as needed.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff.
• Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Accompanies third party vendors as needed while on site.
• Perform other duties as requested by the department lead / supervisor and or manager.

Required Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $20 / hr
