A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, Specialized Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and engage top Specialized Engineering candidates through creative sourcing strategies
Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
Lead compensation discussions and track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring processes
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Product and / or Design roles
Proven success in hiring for positions such as Product Managers and UX Researchers
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders
Strong experience with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
Familiarity with compensation structures and negotiating startup equity packages
