REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / LICENSES :  CLS (NCA), MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification as a medical technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist as required. Must meet CLIA '88 requirements for performing high complexity testing as defined in the Federal Register, Vol. 57; #40, Subpart 493.1489.

SHIFT :  Thursday and Friday is 07 : 00-17 : 30, and Saturday and Sunday is 07 : 00-15 : 30
