Cass AI is hiring : Growth Marketer in Kansas City

We seek an experienced Growth Marketer to work directly with the executive team to boost the growth of our B2C offering.

At Cass, we’re providing mental health support to over 30 million people using our clinically backed AI chatbot. Developed in collaboration with researchers and trained psychologists, Cass delivers mental health and wellness coaching conversations and on-demand, 24 / 7. To date, Cass has de-escalated over 20,000 suicidal crises and provided thousands of resources to those in need.

In This Role, You Will

• Optimize spend of marketing budgets, and run many iterations of ever improving consumer experiences.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform growth marketing strategy.
• Work closely with the rest of the marketing team, and engineering, design, and product.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
