Work Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Annual Salary : $300,000–$310,000

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Director of Pediatric Services to oversee pediatric operations in a busy, community-focused clinic environment. This role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning to deliver safe, efficient, and culturally responsive care for a predominantly underserved and Black patient population.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical oversight and regular performance feedback to pediatric providers
• Building an inclusive, collaborative team culture
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and strong quality metrics
• Managing departmental budget and supporting program growth
• Integrating pediatrics with other clinical disciplines and services
