Senior Applications Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Applications Analyst for the Resolute Billing Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for specific content issues and solutions

Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned application software

Consult and communicate extensively with clinical and administrative staff to maintain and improve workflow and patient safety

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of relevant healthcare / IT experience

Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems

ITIL and HIMSS certifications to be completed within one year of hire

Strong working knowledge of hospital clinical and administrative departments and core process flows

Advanced understanding of information systems and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
