Job Title : Senior Hardware Quality Engineer (HQE)

Location : Indianapolis, IN 46219

Duration : 6+ months

Required Skills :

Electrical / Electronic Circuity experience required.

Minimum of 5 years of applicable Quality Assurance / Engineering or related experience.

Flexibility to support multiple areas involving diverse technologies and processes.

Be able to support Rapid paced, dynamic programs.

Be a self-starter, quick learner, and be comfortable with functioning in a dynamic environment.

Strong teaming skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with problem resolution and addressing challenging customer specifications.

Experience with consistent customer interaction.

Experience in Six Sigma and / or other process improvement methodologies.

Experience with AS9001 Quality systems and audits.

Proven analytical skills in Root-cause analysis, corrective / preventative actions.

Ability to lead and motivate others toward continuous improvement and shared success in order to meet strategic goals.
