This is a deeply trusted, high-autonomy partnership with Jason Middleton , CEO and Founder of Silver Air. The Executive Personal Assistant manages the entire ecosystem surrounding the CEO - ensuring his time, focus, energy, and daily rhythm operate with precision across business, lifestyle, wellness, media, aviation, and household domains.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

It is a hybrid position spanning personal support, operational coordination, media and brand execution, and household workflow management.

Workload split :

• 65% Personal Support & Lifestyle Management
• 30% Business / Operational Coordination
• 5% Household Oversight
