We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Verification of Insurance, Eligibility of Benefits and Patient payment responsibilities.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in must include phone etiquette, customer service, or other related activities.
- Must be dependable and accountable for attendance, punctuality and work accuracy.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Must be a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual : English and Spanish a plus
