Location : Waukegan, ILDuration : As soon as possibleReason for coverage : Increase in patient demand, influx of patients, and decrease supply of physiciansSchedule : Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, can be flexibleShift : 8a-5pCall : n / a, no call Patient volume : 20-30 per dayScope : Traditional Primary Care, IM and FP. Prefer bilingual / Spanish speaking, can treat diabetic patients, do colorectal screening HPEMR : EpicGroup / support : Work with residents, app support, nutritionist and behavioral health on staff2 FPs, 2 Family RNs, 4 peds, 2 Ped RNs, 3 part-time OBGYNsRequirements (boards, license) : BC or BE
