Home Health RN – Chapel Hill, NC
Weekly Gross : $2,200
Breakdown : -
W2 : $19 / HR
Perdiem : $1440 / Weekly
Backfill Position – Start ASAP
Responsibilities :
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and agency protocols.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
