Looking for a legal secretary with the following skill set :

• Prior litigation experience in California state and federal court is required; appellate experience is preferred
• Preparing and formatting pleadings, correspondence, forms, and other legal documents
• Must know how to generate Tables of Authorities and Contents for motions
• File (electronically, via facsimile, or paper file) and serve court documents and related

correspondence, memorandum, pleadings, law and motion, and related documents with

opposing counsel, local, state, and federal courts

scheduled and approaching events via Outlook

arrangements when necessary
