Job descriptionHandle billing, accounts payable / receivable, and invoice tracking Maintain and process employee time sheets accurately and on schedule Keep financial records organized and up to date Communicate with vendors and clients professionally Support front-office tasks : phones, mail, scheduling, and greetings Help with project documentation and team coordination Pitch in on other admin / accounting tasks as needed Experience with billing, AP / AR, and QuickBooks Solid Excel skills and general accounting software know-how Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communication and a friendly, professional vibe Ability to juggle tasks and work independently Team spirit and reliability Flexible schedule across 3–5 days / week Hourly pay : $18–$22 , based on experience Small, collaborative team with room to grow Meaningful work in a purpose-driven company
