What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal care in Level III–IV NICUs in the Phoenix area alongside neonatologists
- Work evenings in collaboration with a neonatologist in the Level III–IV NICUs
- Support daily rounds and in-person emergency availability as part of a coordinated care model
- Cover infants in the NICU and participate in shared responsibility for attendance at deliveries (with neonatologists)
- Deliver team-based care across multiple unit sites affiliated with high-risk delivery services
- Work a schedule that uses a combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts, with flexibility to align with unit/team needs
What You Need
Required
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified
- Ability to support NICU coverage responsibilities in a team-based neonatology environment
Preferred
- 2+ years of Neonatology NNP experience
- Comfort working across Level II and Level III–IV settings in the Phoenix area (facility coverage needs vary by unit)
