We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Act as process owner for ISO maintain accreditation and act as point of contact with external auditing agency
• Manage the internal auditing program
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards and scrap goals are met throughout the manufacturing process
• Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
• Manage the QC / Assembly Department personnel
• Act as primary contact with customers on Quality issues
