Paid Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a leading role in driving our digital marketing efforts across specialized advertising networks and global markets. In this position, you will get the chance to step into the dynamic world of digital marketing, working on international campaigns and collaborating with a diverse team of skilled professionals. You will lead the paid acquisition process for digital campaigns in collaboration with product managers and the marketing team, with a particular focus on adult industry advertising networks and global market penetration.
Your responsibilities will include creating, executing, and maintaining paid advertising campaigns across specialized ad networks including adult-focused platforms such as TrafficJunky, Sol Ads, and similar networks. You will develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent account blocking and closure based on industry-specific challenges. You will facilitate creative specs for asset creation and delivery, identify and communicate any issues related to creative, landing pages, and campaigns, and ensure that all creatives follow platform-specific ad policies and publication specifications.
We are looking for someone who can recommend campaign tracking setups with internal teams, perform A / B testing across different markets and languages, and report conclusions. You will debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies, provide reporting and campaign technical support, and interact with internal teams and partners. Your role will also include developing global and multi-lingual paid strategies to maximize reach across diverse markets, as well as identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve the operations workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition processes for digital campaigns in collaboration with product managers and the marketing team
- Create, execute, and maintain paid advertising campaigns across specialized ad networks, including adult industry platforms (TrafficJunky, Sol Ads, etc.)
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent account blocking and closure based on industry-specific challenges
- Design and execute global and multi-lingual paid marketing strategies across diverse markets
- Facilitate creative specs for asset creation and delivery, ensuring compliance with platform-specific requirements
- Identify and communicate any issues related to creative, landing pages, and campaigns
- Ensure creative follows platform-specific ad policies and publication specifications
- Recommend campaign tracking setup with internal teams, perform A / B testing across markets and languages, and report conclusions
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies
- Provide reporting and campaign technical support and interact with internal teams and partners
- Optimize campaigns for different geographic markets and language preferences
- Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow
- Monitor and adapt to policy changes across various advertising platforms
Experience and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paid Marketing Specialist, PPC Specialist, or similar role with proven experience in paid acquisitionWorking experience with adult industry advertising networks including TrafficJunky, Sol Ads, and similar specialized platformsDemonstrated ability to mitigate risks of account blocking / closure based on industry-specific challenges and platform policiesExperience developing and executing global and multi-lingual paid marketing strategiesWorking experience using various third-party ad networks and multiple ad formats (dynamic creative, rich media, mobile, video)Very strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to analyze performance across different marketsDeep understanding of digital advertising workflow and media vocabulary (impressions, CPM, conversions, etc.)Understanding of and experience with media vendor relationships, particularly in specialized verticalsExperience working with ad verification, viewability, compliance, and ROI study implementationBasic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript codes for the purpose of configuring campaigns and their trackingKnowledge of audience targeting and data-driven audience tactics across different demographics and geographiesHigh self-organization skills with an ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines across different time zonesSelf-motivation and drive with the ability to execute as part of a multi-functional teamExperience with digital campaigns in regulated or high-risk industriesAttention to detail and understanding of compliance requirementsPassion for digital marketing and curiosity towards the tech industryOrientation toward providing excellent client service and following through on requestsExperience with localization and cultural adaptation of marketing campaignsKnowledge of international payment processing and geo-specific regulations
