Job description

Full-time Urology position with a hospital-employed model, offering a 4-day work week, robotics access, and a $600k base salary plus bonus incentives. Create your DREAM practice while also enjoying life in the Rocky Mountains with stunning landscapes, recreational opportunities, one of the top downtown districts in the country, and NO state income tax!

Position Details

  • Take over established patient base from retiring Urologist
  • 99-bed hospital and established multi-specialty clinic
  • No competition within 3 county-radius
  • 4-day workweek : 3 days clinic / 1 day OR
  • Urology-dedicated exam rooms and MA support in clinic
  • Modern surgical facility with d a Vinci robot access (robotics experience required)
  • Epic EMR
  • Current volumes : 6-8 patients per day with potential for 15-18 (be as busy as you'd like to be!)
  • 10 days of call per month - light volume
