The Alaska SPCA is on the hunt for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative with a heart of gold, nerves of steel, and a love for all things furry.

About the Role :

This is no ordinary CSR position. Think of it as the ultimate blend of customer care, animal advocacy, and adrenaline! Heres what youre signing up for :

• Be the Voice of Calm : Youll be the soothing voice and smile that pet owners need during their most nerve-wracking moments. Youve got the magic touch for easing stressed minds and maybe even turning a grumpy cats day around!
• Channel Your Inner Multitasking Ninja : Every day is different here. From managing phones and scheduling appointments to supporting our veterinary team, youll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. (Bonus points if you can type, answer calls, and hand out treats simultaneously!)
